An ideal situation...
Located in the heart of Pyrenées Orientales
department, 15' from Collioure, Perpignan, Céret,
the Spanish border, and closed to the Cathar castles,
the village of Ortaffa, away from the motorways,
is the best place to visit the French side of Catalogna
(Roussillon), as well as the Spanish one (Cadaques,
Gerona, Barcelona).
Between sea and mountain, under the Canigou, the
Roussillon can be proud of an exceptional situation
(for both geography and climate: 300 days of sunshine
a year).
From Ortaffa you will easily discover the touristic
and cultural treasures of the surrounding,
strolling to the closed beaches, the mountains
or the inner country.
