To be seen in the country

Romanesque Art in Roussillon. The abbatial church of Elne,
Serrabone and its Prieuré, St Michel de Cuxa, St Genis
des Fontaines, to the guest of the Cabestany master.

Céret museum, the «fauvist school» of art. Matisse, Picasso,
Derain, Dufy, and many other artists were seduced and
flabbergasted by the charm of this unique region.

Maillol and Banyuls. One of the greatest sculptors of the
XXth century, who figurated the woman body like no one,
was born and stayed the most of his life in Banyuls where
his museum is located.

Dali museum in Figueras. The man who dared to say that
the Perpignan railway station was the center of the world,
is celebrated and honoured everywhere in Catalunya,
in Figueras and Cadaques.

Tautavel museum. Every days life in the prehistoric days,
and our oldest ancestor in Europe : the Tautavel man.

Les Estivales, a summer festival in Perpignan with theater,
music and dance.

Classical music festival in Prades Created by the
